Meet Our Owners!
Nicky Tripp
Hello! My name is Nichole ("Nicky") Tripp, and I am the Owner and Director of Sing, Giggle, & Grin Preschool & Childcare. My husband, Terry, and I have proudly owned and operated the center since 1998. Together, we have two grown children, Savannah and Keaton, who both attended Sing, Giggle, & Grin as children. Watching them learn, grow, and create lasting memories through the educational experiences we provided has been one of our greatest joys and continues to inspire the family-centered environment we strive to create for every child.
I grew up in the rural Hamler area and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati, a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Findlay, and a Master's Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bowling Green State University. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to lifelong learning and providing children with the highest quality early childhood education.
In addition to serving as Director of Sing, Giggle, & Grin, I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Primecare ABA, where I work with children with autism and their families to support positive behavior, communication, and developmental growth. In 2020, I expanded my passion for early childhood education by opening Bright Blessings Preschool & Childcare Center in Miller City, Ohio.
Giving back to my community is an important part of my life. I am a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Bavaria, where I teach the Second Grade First Communion class. I also have the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for HOPE Services, the Henry County Board of Developmental Disabilities, where I have been a board member since 2021.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, taking walks, and reading. I truly believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning. I am honored to be a part of that journey for the children and families we serve.
